When will we get more reveals about the rest of the lineup for the DCIE subscription?
Hi, I am a HUGE DCU collector and love what you have done so far BUT sometimes ask if you really want to increase sales and have the DCU fans hungry for more, why doesn’t Matty push atleast on figure per HOT DC Universe animated flick character. Example; Vandal Savage has already appearred in DOOM and YJ but we have still nothing on such a great villain to add to our Batman/Superman collections. There are much more DCU characters I can mention but know you understand what I mean. This new Superman animated movie coming this spring would be an example of throwing in a character to the DCU line. Same goes with the Masters of the Universe line. Madame Razz is a character that appearred in almost every She-ra episode and true fans and collectors are wishing for her but get fan made characters instead (which is fun) but they want there childhood memories revived instead. Also any time line on YJ Superboy who is one of my favorite characters? All the best and Happy New Year Matty
I got 3 questions, John. you can use any or all of them
1) Could we possibly see figures at retail that have appeared in the club Infinite Earths, for example (but not asking specifically) Poison ivy with a new skin tone and head, for her classic look?
2)If the DC Classics Joker was a Wal-Mart exclusive, how come he was re-released as an All Stars figure? Doesn’t that undermine the exclusivity?
3)Will we see any 60’s Batman movie masters at Toy Fair in February?
Will you be making new version of previous hard to find figures from the DC Universe Classics line in the new DC Comics unlimited line and the Batman unlimited line? For example many of us would like a Batman Beyond Figure to be released since the original is so hard to find.
Is it possible for new sculpted parts from the Black Freighter, DC Unlimited and Batman Unlimited lines to be used on new CIE characters in 2013 or 2014 since there is to be no new sculpts ?
Will King Grayskull with the brown cape ever be released again?? Please do. The red cape is completely incorrect. His cape is brown in the King Grayskull episode. The red cape is terrible. We need the brown cape from the 2008 SDCC KG combined with the chromed out body armor from the reissue KG. Please also include the 200X power sword that was included with the Man-At-Arms figure….PLEASE
With continued price increases and the sub barely going through it feels like we are seeing the possible end of the dcuc line so my question is will you put team completing characters(Perez zatanna, changeling beast boy, Garth aqualad, Johnny thunder etc) as top priorities so we can have as many completed teams as possible. Choices like Constantine, and red hood me since they took away precious few slots that should have gone to team completers.
Why aren’t the retail lines going a better job at character selection in helping collectors get classic A lister characters that would help complete the pre-existing teams that the dcuc line started. The sub can only do so much with its limited tooling budget and limited slots whereas the Unlimited lines could help get out higher tooled figures like doomsday, killer croc, hookhand aquaman, golden age wonder woman, mister mxyztplk super powers Mr. Freeze as well as highly demanded easy to do repaints such as super powers decos of superman batman wonder woman or jsa building variants of earth 2 robin superman etc.
