Playmates has released official images for their upcoming TMNT Classics 1990 movie figures. Previously, we had only seen a prototype of Leonardo, but now we have full pics of Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello.

They definitely will need some touching up in the paint department, but on the whole I’m very excited for these. What do you think of the new 1990 movie TMNT Classics figures? Let me know in the comments below!

I think the sculpts are very good, and it looks like they even took expressions straight from scenes in the movie. I agree, better paint could go a long way to making them look more accurate.
I have skipped all the classics turtles so far, because I’m not a fan of the 80s cartoon look, but I’ll have to get either Raph or Leo from this assortment.
The eyes for sure need to be repainted. There’s hardly any detail at all. Just black with white dots. They need to look realistic. If there’s one thing that can be said about Playmates, it’s that they’re keeping customizers in business…
