Another figure revealed today is the upcoming Injustice Green Lantern figure that’s going to be a part of the DC Comics Unlimited toy line from Mattel. It looks like it fits in with the other Injustice figures currently out now, but instead of being based on the regular version of Green Lantern from the game, it looks like it’s based on his “Regime” alternate costume in the game.

Despite the initial backlash, DC Comics has maintained a really steady following for their New 52 comic book titles. Even the fans who didn’t like the idea of the New 52 had to admit that at least some of the character redesigns were cool. Among the cool redesigns is Hawkman. In the New 52, Hawkman looks much more savage than he did in the previous continuity, especially in his armor. Since Mattel’s retail DC Comics Unlimited toy line will focus mainly on the New 52, naturally Hawkman was a perfect choice.
So join me as I take a closer look at the DC Comics Unlimited New 52 Hawkman figure and see if he’s worth the money.

Injustice Superman
Injustice Joker was supposed to be in that mix as well, but there were no pictures to provide. Well, now there are. EBay seller ws_toys has a copy of this figure for auction right now. This happens a lot with toys, where samples from the factories overseas will leak out and be sold online. There’s no telling if the pictures are of the finished product, or of early factory samples. I’m sure the finished product will be on display at the New York Toy Fair next weekend, so we can know for sure.

Last week I announced here that thanks to BigBadToyStore, we found what figures would be in series 03 of Mattel’s DC Unlimited toy line. For a recap, here are the characters appearing in series 03:
Well now, thanks to Comic & Figure Addicts, we now have images of prototypes for three of the figures: Aquaman, Superman, and Darkseid. For some reason there are no pictures of what the Injustice Joker figure will look like, but stay tuned here for any updates on that. Well Mattel didn’t officially announce it per se, but BigBadToyStore just put up pre-orders for all the figures in DC Unlimited series 3. There’s no pictures yet, but the figures for series 3 are:
