Back in Action…Figures

For anyone who likes to visit this site, you may have noticed a complete lack of updates for the past few months. A lot has been going on my life that kept me mostly off the internet. I recently moved to a new apartment, and it took forever for them to get internet access to my new place. I was reduced to using my phone for a few basic things whenever I had a good signal. I had to spend much longer than I expected setting up my new office and workspace as well, as even after we moved in, the apartment complex maintenance wasn’t completely finished setting things up, so that was frustrating. I also recently had a family member pass away. That took up quite a bit of my time, as I was trying to console her while we dealt with everything you have to in that situation.

It seemed like as soon as I really started getting ready to move, everything turned into complete chaos. I’ve been struggling to get everything back to normal so I could update the site regularly, including new customs I’ve been working on, figure reviews, toy news, and the daily Articulated Comic Book Art pictures. I’ve missed out on posting some cool toy news, but like I said I have been working on new customs while not being able to be fully on the internet. My first new custom since the absence will be going up next week.

I have some new things planned for the site in 2015, and now that everything is up and running again, updates will happen frequently again. If you’ve visited the site since January, you may have noticed the new headers. I felt it was long overdue to redesign the site header, especially since I’ve done a lot more customs since the old ones. So now there’s an all new, more eye catching design, featuring many more of my customs, including some of the most recent. Every time you refresh the page, you’ll get a different random header image.

So for anyone who has wondered where I’ve been, that about catches you up. I’ve tried to keep all of my clients updated as best I could as well, but it hasn’t been easy with all the chaos and lack of internet. If you’ve contacted me for a commission in the past few months, you now know why there hasn’t been a reply. I can only offer a deep apology for that. I don’t ignore any email I get, I either miss them and they get buried by newer ones, or my life turns to chaos and prevents me from even being online. While working on current commissions, I will be going through all the emails I’ve missed and responding to them. I apologize again for the absence, but hopefully everything I’ve got in store will make up for it now that I’m back in action…figures. Thanks for sticking with me.
